The Flowerpot VP9 is a portable, rechargeable table lamp designed by Verner Panton in 1968 and reissued by HAY, bringing the optimism of 1960s design into contemporary living spaces.
Encased in two hemispherical shades β an upper opal polycarbonate diffuser and a lower powder-coated steel shade β the lamp casts a warm, glare-free glow in all directions.
The integrated LED module provides up to 11 hours of light at full brightness on a single USB-C charge, making it equally suited to a bedside table, dining table or outdoor terrace.
Touch-step dimming allows you to choose between three brightness levels, while the sealed construction (IP44) means it tolerates splashes and humid environments with ease.
Available in an extensive palette of sophisticated colourways, the VP9 has become an icon of accessible design that bridges domestic and contract settings worldwide.
