The Panton Wire Single module is a freestanding wire shelf unit designed by the visionary Danish designer Verner Panton in the 1960s and reissued by Montana, offering a sculptural storage solution with a light, open presence.
Constructed from chrome-plated steel wire with a depth of 34.8 cm, the module can stand alone, be grouped in configurations or mounted on a wall as part of a larger Panton Wire system.
The chrome finish is polished to a high shine that reflects light and space, preventing the unit from feeling heavy even when stocked with books, objects or plants.
Originally conceived as part of a modular system for domestic and contract environments, the Panton Wire range embodies Panton's belief that furniture should be flexible, adaptable and visually engaging.
Each module ships flat-packed with a simple assembly system; wall anchors and levelling feet are included for stable floor or wall installation.
